Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pivot Labs, a software service provided by Parab Ventures Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("Pivot Labs", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, and if you're using Pivot Labs on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company to these terms.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; you can cancel anytime before it ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, your card is charged automatically each cycle until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pivot Labs (Parab Ventures Pte. Ltd., Singapore) is the seller of record for every transaction and issues the invoice. Applicable sales tax, GST or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout where we are required to do so, and shown separately on your receipt.

Annual plans include 2 months free vs monthly. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. If something's wrong inside the first 14 days of a paid month, email us for a full refund — see our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Pivot Labs to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative. Don't reverse-engineer the service or use it to build a competing product. Don't abuse fair-use generation limits.

4. Your content

You own everything you put in — your brand voice, buying moments, competitors, and every caption, email or AI-search answer the service generates for you. We get a limited licence to host and process it so we can deliver the service to you, and nothing more. Your content is never used to train shared models.

5. AI output

Output is generated by AI from the formula you teach it. You're responsible for reviewing it before publishing. We don't warrant the output is accurate, complete or fit for any specific purpose, and you take final responsibility for what you ship.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but the service is provided "as is". Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events and third-party model outages may cause downtime.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our acceptable-use policy. On termination, you can export your formula and content for 30 days before it's permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost revenue).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. See also our Privacy Policy.
