Privacy Policy

Pivot Labs is a product of Parab Ventures Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore ("Pivot Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use gopivotlabs.com or the Pivot Labs app, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

Account data. Your name, email, password hash and workspace settings.
Brand data. The brand voice, buying moments, competitors, distinctive assets and content you create inside the app.
Usage data. Anonymous product analytics — pages viewed, features used, errors encountered — so we can fix bugs and improve the product.
Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your payment details on our behalf; we only receive limited metadata (last 4 digits, card brand, country, billing email) needed to service your subscription. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the service, train your private brand formula, send transactional emails (receipts, security notices), and — only if you opt in — product updates. We do not sell your data and we do not use your brand content to train shared or third-party models.

3. Sub-processors

We use a small set of vendors to run the service: cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), transactional email, customer support, and AI model providers (for generation only — content is not retained for training). A current list is available on request to hello@gopivotlabs.com.

4. Data retention

Brand and content data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your workspace within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax invoices).

5. Your rights

You can export, correct or delete your data at any time from inside the app, or by emailing us. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have the additional rights granted to you under GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small set of engineers, logged, and protected by hardware-backed MFA.

7. Children

Pivot Labs is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We'll post any material changes to this page and email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
